The Springfield News-Leader, a Gannett newspaper, is seeking an Advertising Account Executive. This position performs all functions relating to increasing revenue from present advertisers, securing
new advertisers, and serving these accounts in a manner that will be of benefit to the advertiser and the News-Leader. The position maintains personal contact with all accounts, existing and new,
each week through in-person calls to sell advertising programs for all News-Leader products including print, online and non-daily. Provides creative suggestions through spec ads for single ads,
campaigns, prepares and delivers formal advertising presentations, and assists accounts with advertising budgets, service and billing problems as necessary. This position is paid a base salary plus
commission.
